    All right. Luck affects the following things: the lower Luck you have, the higher chance an enemy has on landing a critical on you, affects evasion, your hit chance, more luck you have , less chance of the Devil Axe backfiring on you, chance of you finding items in the desert, and slightly affects your critical rate.

    Well, my problem is that I can't beat this chapter because the boss, Ursula, will not quit attacking me with her Bolting spell, which WILL at least kill one of my units! Is there any way to beat this chapter while not losing anyone and while rescuing both Nino and Jaffar? Thanks for the help Wil!

    You can do all that and kill Ursula if you divide your team evenly. Send an even amount of units on either side at the beginning (make sure to send Eliwood or Lyn to recruit Nino on the right side and send high movement units on the left side to rescue Jaffar and let him talk to Nino).

    She only has 5 uses of bolting. Why not just take your most resistant or highest HP unit and put them in her range? Then a healer can just sit back and level up.
