I have a tip for everone that has trouble getting the all health star. All you have to do is get you to full health and get the yarn yoshi amiibo or another player to eat you and carry you around in a ball. The amiibo or other player can get hert all they want but since your a ball you cant get hert so just finish the level and you get the star!
