I have a tip for everyone that has trouble getting the all health star. First get yourself to full health. next get an yarn yoshi amiibo or another player to eat you and turn you into an egg. Since your in an egg you cant get hert so the yarn yoshi amiibo or other player can get hert all you want! Then simply just finish the level, and then you get the star!
