Ressist the cuteness! 40 dollars!? No!!! If it did something unique in another game, I would only consider getting it. I can get a plushie for $15 and an amiibo for $13. 15+13 does NOT equal 40. It equals 28, almost half the price.
can you make sure that there is no storage issues. many amiibos just sold out to never be see again T.T, that is bad for price too, in my country the single yarn yoshi amiibo cost near 30usd, just imagine how much will cost the mega size here (>.<) i was lucky and got mine at the right price from a friend that traveled to USA, but prices just sky rocket in places where is not a Nintendo embassy
