I don't understand this game's ranking system. How can I have 5/5 in everything but tactics? It's my strategy that got everything else where it is now!

    Tactics is turn count. It's really misleading in my opinion, tactics isn't necessarily completing it in few turns. The ranking system is really contradictory and I just ignore it usually.

    Ah, turn count. Yeah, I tend to take my time at certain points. And I spent an extra 10 turns trying to move Matthew across the map just to sell a red stone. So I can see how that is low... I have Oswin because I am doing Hector's story. Thanks for the help, guys.
