    A high enough ranked Angler can buy them at the Angler's Association in Port Puerto for 2000 Dosh OR you could fish out the High-Flying Fish from Terra Nimbus and hope he drops it. I'm wanting to make another copy of the Ares set with better abilities, but I don't know what additional materials I'll need to get what abilities... Would you know what additional materials I'd need for each piece?
