I've noticed that the emotions in the Animal Crossing series are either a pure, unbridled feeling (such as plain joy, anger, sadness, etc.) or some odd mix that I feel wouldn't be used in real life but I know are in fact applicable to a lot of situations (lethargic resignation, ashamed self-loathing, the Shrunk Funk Shuffle, pity laughter, etc.). Also, what the heck, I didn't know villagers swept.
