    Roy's stats are alright, he's only bad because of how late he promotes in a game where enemies are actually threatening.

    he is the worst lord, and he doesn't promote until 3 chapters before the end of the game. enemies actually have good stats in his game. he starts off alright, but he's terrible for half of the game until he promotes.
