    Actually, you need to obtain some yarn balls first. Once you have a couple, just throw them at the enemies that you don't have in the Scrapbook Theater yet. I figured this out by accidentally hitting Big Montgomery and Knot-Wing the Koopa with yarn balls. Then I checked the Scrapbook Theater and, sure enough, they were there, fabric and all. I hoped this helped, and happy gaming!
