    Mother & Child Isles. by using the Balled of Gales to the specified location. You must be at the part of the game where you set out collect the eight Triforce of Courage shards (or Golden Triumphant Forks). Also, to get Balled of Gales, you must shoot an arrow at the guy in the giant wirlwind before getting swept up.
