Are there any advantages or disadvantages to playing double yoshi mode all the time? And how do you usually play, solo or double yoshi mode?

    You can make the doppelgänger Yoshi swallow your regular Yoshi and turn him into an egg once you're at 20/20 hearts, so you can play the doppelgänger and have up to 20 more hearts, an extended life meter. Getting hurt as the doppelgänger doesn't affect the end level health score. I've only used the double/doppelgänger Yoshi once. More fun without, but having a double does make for some chaos.

    Thank you for your answers. i have swallowed the extra when i needed an egg. i will have to give a try of using him to keep the orginal yoshi's health full.
