    also Karel didn't appear either. It just played the cutscene for when Harken appears but he didn't show up on the map.

    I've seen that happen before, and I think you just have to reset but it's too bad you continued. Both are good units and their weapons are great as well.

    This happened to you because the max amount of enemy units is 50 and if the enemy count is still at 50 on turn 9 Harken just won't spawn.
