Or, with The MB, It could go bulky. Delca*Bla bla bla, you get the picture*TimidEV's: 252HP, 124DEF, 124SPDef, 8 SPatk. Moves: Toxic Cosmic Power Recover (dose it get recover? A recover variant? If not, rest could work) T-bolt.

    It should definatly have one stat decreased, like beedrill and sableye because without that, an extra 100 stat points just won't help. It really is just a garbage mon at the moment. I have a Delcatty called SKITTIT from pokemon Ruby. It has rubish IV's, but I could breed withnit because it has a good nature then name the offspring Skittit.Jr.

    Theres literaly only pidgeot... It get's wish. I could see me ditching T-bolt and giving it protect since I can't be taunted, then having a tailwind hydreigon blow up poison and steel types with earth power. Also, Think of 3 other fully evolved early game normal types from gen3 early game with an abysmal 380 BST: Sableye and mawile. Mawile got his in XY, sableye got his in ORAS, so the next log-

    Strongest magnet in the World!!! I play all day and night, barely do anyth4 else, I just can't stop!!! I can't wait for MHX!!! I logged over 1200hrs on MH4U since I started playing properly about 6 months ago, and that's just on this character, I got like 4 characters, also on MH3U too!!!
