    Now that I think about it, there isn't an S rank stave, unlike FE6 and 8. Welp.

    If you want Serra to get S rank in Light, you pretty much have to take away all her staves after she promotes. Give them to Priscilla, I guess.

    http://serenesforest.net/blazing-sword/inventory/light-tomes/ provides some useful information about how much your weapon rank goes up from using each light tome. (See "WEx.") Note that killing blows using a weapon double the weapon experience that it provides, so for example a killing blow using a Shine tome provides 4 weapon EXP in Light.

    Serra starts with D rank in Light magic and needs 220 WEXP to get to S rank in Light magic. You could get this, for example, by having her land 55 killing blows using Shine tomes, although you would need at least two Shine tomes to do that.
