    He might be. However he was a bada$$ back in his first two movies. And achieved the higher-up forms of SSJ way before most of the Z fighters :)

    He became Super SSJ and SSJ2 well before the rest of the Z fighters at that time period. There's even a theory that Broly's blueish hair is a sign he was close to achieving SSGSS. But that's just a theory. A DBZ theory.

    What's a super ssj, do you mean legendary ssj? If so that's not an achievement because it's a birth given ability. And he never achieved ssj2 in the movies.

    Did I say he's close to SSGSS? Nope I said there's a theory that Broly was on his way to SSGSS form based on his blue/green hair. I didn't make the theory read it on a reddit thread.     I used to love Broly, but his lack of speed and his now under-level power, makes him a laughing stock to most of the Z-Fighters (except Krillin,Chiaotzu,Yamcha, and Tien).
