    You have to have the Origin Island DLC. I think beaten. I wasn't given the option to until after I beat it anyways. You have a chance to get it by giving Gold Lunares Coins to the Goddess Statue in Castele. Took me WAY too many tries. But it is worth it since this is the most powerful longsword in the game.
