    Use items like senzo beans hp regeneration over time, hp regeneration from damaging foes, hourglass for time bonuses and rice cooker to prevent ultimate counter from happening. Use the right assists like Kibito to heal, Meta Cooler to block for you so you can charge ki, Guldor to freeze your foe to start a ultimate combo and a character that can deal lots of rush hit like Gogeta SS4.

    You have to try to always get perfect health bonus. Time bonus, tech bonus (from using assists) rush bonus and ultimate combo bonus are important. You have to complete the mission objective and then get at least 400 points score to get an S rank. Trial and error and patience. Once you get the hang of it it's mad easy.
