    Older versions of Mario Party do, yes. But more recent installments have shorter durations as a result of the altered board setup.

    I'm thankful for the time limit option, 30 minutes is much better. Haven't played Mario Party since GCN IIRC. ^^; One major fault I have with the board game aspect is having to watch all the cutscenes for computer characters. They even require a button input at the end... so no doing other things between turns.

    That's sort of a difficult question to answer. If you're wanting the game just for the play value then I would say you're better off going with something else. If, however, you're collecting the AC Amiibo and/or Amiibo cards then yeah it can be fun and it's a nice way to get some use out of them. I think the biggest issue is to take it for what it is and not expect it to be something it's not.
