Almost lost this one, the snakes/centepedes beat them up, and in some key moments when the spinner landed on the losing side, the game makes the spinner ignore the losing result and force it to the winning side. Because of this I was able to use resetti's dig power to the final unexplored spot that was surounded by snakes and find the sail.
