    Check my subject, someone answers also you can PP stall him, use a ban seed when he uses recover or else you can't beat him. He will recover all damage if you don't. If you want more tips check the discussion from my profile, I had the same problem.

    Someone answered that you can't PP stall him* and I don't know that for a fact but he definitely used more than 20 psystrikes.
