    It's a bounty reward for chopping down the Great Skytree [West Terra Nimbus]. You might also find it on the ground near some stone/statues in Central Grasslands. There's some stone patches on the sides of the main path going up to the Trial Tower, and sometimes items can be found. They'll be sparkling so keep an eye out for 'em. If this didn't make much sense, I can go provide a screenshot ^^;
