    Well said Mr.Twist. lower levels are very easy to sink, and you feel bad when you sink them.Taking on higher levels is the best way to gain experience to make you a better player. If you sink them, then great job! If they sink you, observe their techniques, and use them. sinking a lower level doesn't make you a better player, it's pointless.
