    You needed to prepurchase to get it for digital. sorry. If for whatever reason you want a second copy of the game, it is my understanding that the first batch of copies produced have codes, though it may just be preordered copies have codes. My copy did have a code, but I preordered. Most likely, you're out of luck for the theme.
