    Heh, that one's hard without items. Salamence is actually level 50, I believe. Keep items that induce sleep on hand and use Sylveon's Helping Hand to boost teammates' attacks. That's what I did. ^^

    Bring Blast Seeds if you have some because it does 100 damage. Also use some wands, some status orbs, plenty of tiny reviver seeds, and Tag Alliance. I beated him using Tag Alliance with the help of Vulpix's Confuse Ray, few Tiny Reviver Seeds, 1 Blast Seed, and wands without losing.

    I recommend talking to azumarill at he kangaskhan cafe, which lets you recruit her along with azurill. Go talk to hawlucha and have azurill learn charm from him. Spam this move and Salamence's attacks will deal single-digit damage after a while. Blast seeds, oran berries and tiny reviver seeds are helpful too.
