    A) FCs are against the Miiverse CoC (meaning your post can be deleted by admin, & possibly get you banned) B) DLC-owners can only play with other DLC-owners, while non-DLC players can only play with non-DLC players. (Same goes for trying to give DLC items to a non-DLC player via StreetPass. The game will simply say "…but it looks like you are not ready for it yet…" to the non-DLC side)
