    Chapter 11 for me. Why are you stuck? Is it the Axew Quest where you have to defeat Salamence.

    Salamence was easy. I would suggest you bring wands, though. I learned the hard way he needs to stay asleep. Wasted 2 reviver seeds before I spammed a combination of wands and confusion. Vulpix burned it as well.

    Ya use wands like sleeper wand or orbs are even better also just spam alliance attack.
