    DLC - Best bow is the Spirit King Bow from the Elderwood Goddess Statue in exchange for Lunares Coins. The next best Bow would be the Thunderstrike Bow, which can be found in one of the Chests at the top of the Trial of Light or can be crafted by a Creator Carpenter. No DLC - The best would be the Destiny Bow, which can be found in the Furlin Vault or crafted by a Hero Carpenter.
