    You need to beat the main story and be level 40 or above. Odin will send you a letter once you have met those requirements.

    No problem! Good luck! I recommend beating everything up on Terra Nimbus. The monsters there are pretty tough and will drop quite a bit EXP. Or you can go take down the NapDragon. He gives good EXP for those below level 50.

    The strongest Bow without DLC would be the Destiny Bow. It can be obtained from the Furlin Vault [Deep Elderwood - will only open once you have completed the main story and become a Master in 3 Lifes; Hunter, Woodcutter, Carpenter]. Or it can be crafted by a Hero Carpenter.
