Question

Is it impossible to get items after you enter the Tree of Life?

I unfortunately didn't bring very many supplies (Reviver Seeds, Blast Seeds, etc., including very little in my item storage) and the few I had I wasted on Yveltal. Is there any way I can buy more, or do I have to just get extremely lucky in the dungeons?
