Question

Is there a reason for why i cant use certain pokemon or is it just a random chance? I haven't even used Raichu for a long time but him, along with others that i haven't even used, are locked.

    They have other business to attend to so you can't use them for awhile. This happens when you use them.

    Yes, that is how the game explains their absence, so they're locked for a random amount of plays.

    But there are some i haven't even used that are locked... I don't get why they put that in, there's already enough reason to switch up your team with the whole motivated stuff...
