I haven't played in a while, but I spent around 150 hours in the game. I recommend doing the fighting lives first. They are the easiest and most fun. Then do creation lives, they're tedious but afterwards, you'll be able to do the gathering lives easily. Miner and woodcutter should only have one difficult mission, and it's only difficult because it takes so long to mine/cut 500 times.

The fishing life isn't difficult, just keep fishing in the area it tells you to go to, and you'll be fine. Once you reach legend, getting God rank is EASY compared to the other missions. Do the same thing that I mentioned before and you'll get God rank very easily.
