If you're looking for some easy expedition points, go to a difficult dungeon and immediately use an escape orb. (If you do this on Heart Lake, for example, it's 180 free points.)

    I haven't unlocked them all yet, but I'd assume more floors or higher difficulties on the selection screen yield more points.
