    Well, you can always look up a youtube let's play of the game ^-^ Anyways, the antagonist of this game (as far as I know, I'm only World 1) is Kamek, who is taking yoshi's and turning them into wool (probably for Bowser Jr. since he seems to be the antagonist in most Yoshi games). Hope this helps~
