    Same day i got mine too, on launch! Btw this game looking at the town looks good but does it have any sort of free roam at all in there or in a separate island or something? I feel like it would be disappointing not to be able to roam around this beautiful looking town somehow!!! :D

    Unfortunately there is no free roam, but you CAN customize it to an extent with public works projects that can add new paths or events depending on where they are. You can also scan an amiibo card to let that villager move into town. If you saved their house from happy home designer to the card, the exterior you designed will show up as their house.

    Oh Interesting, that's pretty cool you can add those animal houses in the game and the public work projects! I wasn't necessarily expecting free roam from this game since it's a party game only but thought maybe there were some minigames that you got to free roam abit with like Fishing challenges or Hide and seek or something but i guess the minigames are more like Wii Party orMario PartyMinigames

    Desert Island Escape is sooomewhat free-roaming. It's the biggest minigame in the game with 30 stages, and it's more of a grid-based strategy game. basically you control 3 amiibo card characters with powers depending on their species to find enough supplies on an island to escape within 7 days. It's the most non-linear and open mode, and honestly I play it more than the board game!

    Interesting sounds like fun! Yeah i think i heard others say how cool one of the modes is, i bet that was desert island!
