    Yes, you do need Animal Crossing amiibo for 2-4 players on the board game. When you buy the game, it will have Isabelle and maybe Digby if you are lucky. Tom Nook and Mabel are easy to find. Reese, Cyrus, K.K. Slider, and Lottie are hard to find!
