    We just don't see the other survivors. That doesn't mean she's the only one left.

    Even if there were survivors, they most likely didn't have the time to build up the Lorca tribe again because only the Djute and Kutolah are present (to my knowledge) in FE6. Or the survivors joined the Kutolah tribe.

    Also, bear in mind that the Taliver bandits poisoned the Lorca's water supply before the attack. Chances are the others died from from said poisoning.
