Question

I got this game on launch and haven't played it much. My biggest question is how do you evolve Pokemon in this game? Is it like the main games or is it like the first Mystery Dungeon where you need to do something special in order to evolve?

    I think it's like Explorers of Sky where it happens in post game, but i'm not sure since i have not bought it yet.

    You later get to go to a place called the tree of life and that'll let you evolve, but it's only available after you beat the game.
