Laus is to the west, Santaruz is to the south, Kathelet is to the north, and Tania is to the east, but Tuscana is farther north than Kathelet. Only some pretty serious gerrymandering would make Tuscana also adjacent to Caelin. I wish there were an official political map of Lycia, with the borders of the cantons clearly marked.
