Are you able to make a boss Pokémon waste all of its PP? I tried to get a certain Legendary which keeps using Recover, and it's annoying trying to wait...

    And it bans it from use for the whole floor, I think... Though on a boss, it should be the last floor, so this isn't even a question if you're talking about the (Is)Land of Isolation.
