    Lightning Feather; Drop from the Thunderbird [Aridian Desert]. Also a potential Bounty reward from turning in the Bounty Box. Wind Shard; Mine the Wind Wingstone [Waterfall Cave]. The Iron Golem could potentially drop a Wing Shard as well. Only as a regular drop, not a Bounty Reward.
