Do any legend/creator mercenary's know how to get this quest? I've talked to every mercenary NPC in the game, but I still haven't gotten it. Any help?

    Try talking to Melusine on Cacto Cove. She offers a quest worth the amount of stars you're missing. She should ask you to defeat the Desert Tyrant (he's near the Ancient Ruins) and cash in the bounty as a Mercenary. Hope this helps!
