Difficulty ★'s, what should i be doing?

Stats in the picture, what dungeons should i be training in? Also, what levels should i be for each ★? I'm doing 2 ★'s

    Unlike the previous games, I haven't found the need to grind or train much. I'd say disregard high difficulty rankings, as I've seen dungeons with less than 10 floors marked super difficult while ones with much more that are clearly more difficult marked simply as difficult. That being said, I don't mean to go crazy and do the impossible, just don't worry to much.

    Well, the reason i ask is because a guide says i should be LV 40+ for the epilogue.
