    Sand continent, look for a strange bottle with hoopas colors, then put it in your bag.* *However, you can't play as him and you have to find his bottle again after the dungeon you take him into is cleared.

    hoopa was a old event and now can only be obtained by trade

    The hoopa event is still going on in the U.S but you'd have to go to a Mc. Donalds and connect to their wifi to get the event.
