    A lot of the recruitable Pokémon in this game are specifically the same ones from previous games. In this case, you met the Duskull who ran the bank in Explorers. No, I have no idea what to think when a ghost heals you and fills your Belly.

    Yeah, it's the same Duskull who ran Duskull Bank in the 4th gen. PMD games. Funnily enough, Duskull introduces you to Persian, who ran Felicity Bank in the 3rd gen. PMD games. I think traveling Pokemon just share supplies with your team as thanks for sharing notes.
