Is there anyway to not go into the dungeon and come out successfully? I cannot progress further so is there a way to go back in time or something?

    Besides starting over the game? Not really. But I guess you can go into the dungeon without any items so you can get some items and experience without fear of losing anything on defeat (remember to always deny using Reviver seeds on these sort of runs).
