    Oh, nice! (I didn't realize you could still talk to your party members in a dungeon, they just... pose for me, is there a surefire way to actually speak to them?)

    You keep speaking to them until they start talking to you, it's random. You can also use other pokemon to talk to your MC. They say something along the lines of giving it their all and when weakened..yeah Mew getting confused and heat waving things isn't fun.
