i just got hoopas bottle 1. can i recruit him, like keep him permanently 2. is his bottle just for a 1 time dungeon then get him back at sahra. I dont know how hoopa works.

    Well, the 1st time you accept him, he'll earn EXP but it still works with the bottle which returns either after Hoopa dies or after a dungeon... But you can still get her for the one after by returning to the town (different spots)

    But she can still get EXP and you can still change her moves once you've put her in the bag the first time.
