    Lucius is supposed to be pretty fast, but it's also good to know that Magic type characters in general are relatively weak to physical blows. I also suggest sending your horse troops down the way you're going, but send all other troops the long way, over the mountains by the village.

    Either what Jack said, or have Dorcas stop at the forest tiles on his way down. Don't attack with him though, just use vulnearies. Then send Kent and Sain in as back up if need be. Once the ballista falls or runs out of ammo, TOGETHER WE RIDE!!!

    Yeah, pretty much. By the time you get to the ballista it will only have one shot left if you're lucky. And no problem.
