    Also it might appear as a drop from taking down the NapDragon and you might get another set of Scales from turning in the Bounty. What you can do is save before turning in the Bounty and when you do so but get something other than the Scales, turn the game off and on, then go turn in the Bounty Box again. The Reward changes every time!
