Since I saw basically no one helping you,here's what you have to do: GO TO DUNGEONS GRINDING FOR ITEMS IN PELIPPER ISLAND AND THEN CREATE A PASSWORD OR QR CODE TO SAVE YOURSELF. OH WAIT. IT'S RIGHT HERE. SO SEND YOURSELF AN ESCAPE ORB SO YOU'RE FREE,AND CAN GET TO YOUR DESPOSIT BOX. That should work just fine.
